Crunchiest Chicken EVER!

Ingredients
Coating 1
Plain flour 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Garlic powder 3/4 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp or to taste
Paprika powder 2 tsp
Coating 2
Eggs 2
Water 4-5 tbsp
Coating 3
Corn flakes 1 cup
Breadcrumbs 3/4 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Parsley 1 tsp
Rosemary 1/2 tsp
optional
Chopped fresh coriander 1 cup
Tihami’s Secret Sauce.
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Ketchup 1/4 cup
Chili sauce 1/4 cup
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Instructions
Coating 1: Take a bowl and add flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika powder. Mix.
Coating 2:Prepare three coatings in 3 bowls.
Cut the chicken breast into thin fillets.
Heat oil in a frying pan. We will shallow fry the chicken.
Take one fillet and coat it with plain flour.
Dust off the excess flour and then coat with egg wash.
Lastly, coat with cornflakes coating and shallow fry at medium to low heat on bothsides until crispy and golden.
Serve with Tihami’s secret sauce.
