Crunchy Tawa Wings

Ingredients
Wings
Chicken wings 1 kg
Baking powder 1.5 teaspoons
Salt as needed
Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
Vegetable Oil 1-2 tablespoons
Sauce
Unsalted butter 1 tablespoon
Corn starch 2 teaspoons
Soy sauce 3 teaspoons
Hot sauce 6 teaspoons
Ketchup 6 teaspoons
Water 1/4 cup
Instructions
Coat the wings in baking powder, salt and pepper.
Drizzle oil in a flat pan and place the wings.
Cover and cook on high flame on both sides until crunchy form the outside.
Turn the flame low, cover and cook until done. Be sure to flip them a few times.
Take the wings out on a dish.
While the wings are cooking make the sauce by mixing all the ingredients and cooking on a low flame until glossy and translucent.
Pour the sauce over the wings and serve immediately.
