Fajita Chicken Roast

Ingredients
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Paprika powder 2 tsp
Garlic powder 2 tsp
Cumin powder 2 tsp
Dried Oregano 1 tbsp
Dried basil 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp

Whole Chicken 1.4 kg
Instructions
Clean, wash and pat dry the whole chicken.
Loosen the skin from the meat using spoon or fingers.
Mix all the spices and oil in a small bowl.
fill the spices under the skin and apply remaining spices all over the chicken.
Place the chicken breast side down on to the air fryer basket.
Bake in the air fryer at 180°C for 40 minutes.
Flip the chicken and bake again at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.
Take out and serve immediately with rice.
