Fish Pakora

Ingredients
Boneless fish 700 grams
Gram
flour/besan 1 cup
Salt 3/4 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Green chilies 1-2
finely chopped
Turmeric powder 3/4 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Dried fenugreek 2 tsp
Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Egg 1
Water as needed
Instructions
Cut the fish into 2x2 inch pieces. Wash and pat dry.
In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well.
Add water and mix until thick consistency like pancake batter is reached.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Coat the fish pieces in the batter and add to the oil.
Fry for 5-6 minutes until the coating is golden brown.
Take out on a paper towel.
Enjoy with tamarind chutney!
