Fish Tikka

Ingredients
Fish 1 kg
boneless and cut into chunks
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1.5 tbsp
Paprika powder 1 tbsp
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Yogurt 1.5 tbsp
Red food color as needed
Instructions
Mix all the above ingredients and marinate the fish in it for 20-30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and add the fillets. Cook for 3-5 minutes on both sides.
