Fluffy Cakes in Sandwich Maker
Ingredients
- Eggs 4 Large
- Sugar 4-5 tbsp as per taste
- Plain flour 1 cup
- Oil for brushing

Instructions
- Turn the sandwich maker on.
- Beat eggs and sugar in a bowl using electric beater until light and fluffy (5-6 minutes).
- Add plain flour and mix carefully using spatula.
- Brush the oil on sandwich maker trays.
- Place the batter in the sandwich maker.
- Close the lid. The cakes should be ready in 4-5 minutes.
- Serve with eaither honey or whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
