Fried Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients
Chicken Drumsticks 7-8
big sized
Egg 1
Salt 1 tsp
or more to taste
Red chili powder to taste
Garam masala 1.5 tsp heaped
Coriander powder 1.5 tsp heaped
Cumin powder 1.5 tsp heaped
Corn flour 2 tbsp heaped
All-purpose flour 2 tbsp heaped
Ginger and garlic paste 1.5 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Water 2-3 tbsp
Frying
Rice flour 2 tbsp
Oil for deep frying
Instructions
Mix everything and marinated chicken drumsticks in it for 2-3 hours.
Heat oil in a wok on a medium flame.
Add rice flour to the chicken and mix well, coating should be thick.
Add drumsticks one by one to the wok.
Fry for 12-14 minutes on medium flame.
Take out on a paper towel and serve immediately.
