Fried Meaty Rings

Ingredients
Chicken mince 1/2 kg
Onion chopped 1/2
Fresh coriander 1/2 cup
Salt as needed
Black pepper powder as needed
Paprika powder 2 tsp heaped
Bread crumbs 4 tsp
Bell pepper 2
colours of your choice
Corn flour 2 tsp
Eggs 2
Instructions
Mix together chicken mince, onion, fresh coriander, salt, black pepper powder and paprika powder and bread crumbs.
Cut bell peppers into 1 cm thickness.
Put them in a bag and add corn flour. Mix well to coat the corn flour on the rings.
Now place them in a tray and fill them all with the mince.
Coat them in eggs and shallow fry on low heat until the chicken well-cooked from inside.
NOTE: Do not cook on high flame otherwise egg will turn dark brown and rings will not look appetizing.
Enjoy with ketchup!
