Frittata

Ingredients
Potatoes 3
medium sized
Onion 1 big
chopped
Red bell pepper 1/2
chopped
Green bell pepper 1/2
chopped
Eggs 4-5
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Instructions
Wash, peel and grate the potatoes.
Soak them in tap water for 15 minutes.
Drain the water, place the grated potatoes in a muslin cloth and squeeze out all the liquid. Transfer the potatoes to a bowl.
Add chopped onions, red bell pepper and green bell pepper.
Crack eggs and add to the mixture.
Add salt, black pepper powder, and garlic powder and whisk well.
Heat 2-3 tbsp oil in a pan on the lowest possible flame and add the egg mixture.
Cover and cook until the sides of the eggs are golden brown.
Now flip the frittata using a greased plate (watch the video below to see the technique) and cook on the other side.
Frittata is ready. Sprinkle some spring onions and serve with some ketchup. Enjoy!
