Fruity French Toast Bake

Ingredients
Wheat Bread or white bread 8 slices
Apples 2,
peeled and cut into small chunks (I used one green and one red apple)
Peach 1
optional
Brown sugar 1 cup
Corn starch 2 tsp
Eggs large 6
Milk 2 cups
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
Honey for topping
Fresh cream for topping
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 170˚C.
Cut the bread slices into 1-inch cubes and transfer to a bowl. Add corn starch and brown sugar to it.
Peel the apples and peach and cut into small bite-size chunks and add to the bread pieces.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla essence and cinnamon powder.
Pour egg mixture into the bread bowl.
Give the ingredients a good stir, then pour into a big rectangular greased baking tray.
Bake on lower rod for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
