Khoya/Mawa: Add milk and powdered milk to a sauce pan and cook on low flame with constant stirring until all the milk has evaporated and the mixture has crumbled. Keep aside for later use.
Add grated carrots to a cooking pot along with sugar.
Cook on a low flame until all the water has evaporated.
Add desi ghee and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
Lastly add milk and cook again until the water has completely evaporated.
Add the khoya and mix again.
Shape into balls before the mixture cools. Serve cold. Enjoy!
