Garlic and Mushroom Fried Rice

Ingredients
Fresh mushrooms 10
washed and sliced
Butter 2 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
grated
Onion 1 big
chopped
Rosemary 1 tsp
optional
Oregano 1 tsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp or more
Salt 1 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Boiled rice made from 2 cups of uncooked rice
Chopped spring onions 5-6 tbsp
Instructions
Heat 2 tbsp of butter and add sliced mushroom. Cook on high heat until they start to release moisture.
Add garlic and onion and sauté until all the moisture has evaporated and the onions start to turn golden.
Add salt, white pepper powder, oregano and rosemary and mix for a minute.
Then add 2 tbsp of butter and let it melt.
Immediately add boiled rice and mix well on high heat.
Lastly, add chopped spring onions and stir in.
Fried rice is ready. Enjoy with any gravy for your choice.
