Preheat the oven for 30 minutes at 180*C with both upper and lower rods.
Finely chop the onion and parsley.
Add chicken mince to a mixing bowl. Add breadcrumbs, Oregano, garlic paste, onion, eggs, fresh coriander and cheese and mix well. Squeeze some olives and add to the mix.
In a small bowl crack eggs. Add ketchup, salt, black pepper and vinegar.
Mix well and add to the mince mix. Mix thoroughly.
In a separate bowl, prepare glaze by mixing together ketchup, oregano, paprika powder and garlic powder.
Grease a loaf pan with butter.
Add the chicken mince to it and spread evenly.
Pour glaze over it.
Top with some jalapenos.
Bake the at 180*C for 45 minutes. Use only lower rod.
