Homemade Cinnamon Apple Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
Apples 5
Ground cinnamon 1 tsp
Brown sugar as needed
Instructions
Wash, peel, core and cut the apple into small chunks.
Transfer to a pan. Add cinnamon and brown sugar.
Cook until the apples are all soft and mushy (30-45 minutes).
Allow to cool and blend to form a smooth paste.
NOTE: at this stage if you think the sugar is less, adjust it using honey.
Refrigerator: Cover and place in the refrigerator and use within 3-4 days.
Freezer: Place in the ice cube trays and freeze. Take the apple sauce cubes out and store in a zip lock bag. Can be stored in freezer for 3 months.
