Homemade Custard Cups

Ingredients
For Custard
Sugar 3 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp full
heaped
Vanilla powder/essence 1 tsp
Egg 1
Milk 500 ml
Cream 1/2 cup
Other
Marie biscuits 10-12
Nutella 1/2 tbsp
Chocolate syrup
Chocolate chip Cookies 4
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add sugar, corn flour, vanilla egg and milk. Whisk until well combined.
Add cream and whisk again
Transfer to a pot and cook, stirring continuously until the custard thickens.
If lumps are formed during cooking, whisk it using a hand whisk.
Transfer the marie biscuits and Nutella in a food processor and grind into a powder.
Take 4 dessert cups and line them with the marie biscuit powder.
Pour custard on top and allow the custard to cool down and then pour some chocolate syrup on the custard.
Lastly, decorate each dessert cup with a chocolate chip cookie.
Refrigerate until cold. Enjoy!
