Take a loaf pan 4.4x10 inch (11x25 cm), grease it with oil/butter and line with a parchment paper.
In a bowl, add all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Mix and keep aside.
In another bowl, add egg, yogurt, milk, oil and honey. Whisk until well combined.
Add in dry ingredients and stir to combine, DO NOT OVER MIX.
Lastly add oats and fold in using a spatula.
Transfer the batter to the loaf pan and bake at 350ºF (175ºC) for 40 minutes (using upper and lower heat) until you insert a skewer in the center and it comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and immediately brush with honey and sprinkle oats on top.
Run a knife on the sides to loosen the bread and place it on a rack. Cool completely before slicing. Enjoy!
