Imli aur podina Chutney (Minty Tamarind Sauce)

Ingredients
Imli (Tamarind) 250 grams
Fresh mint leaves 1 cup
Garlic cloves 2
Green chilies 1-2
Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Instructions
Soak tamarind in water until soft. Remove the seeds from the pulp.
Grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste.
Enjoy with snacks.
