Imli Hari Chutney (Spicy Tamarind Green Chutney)

Ingredients
Fresh coriander
big bunch
Fresh mint leaves
big bunch, stems removed
Garlic cloves 3-4
Cumin seeds 2 tsp
Green chilies 3-4
Salt to taste
Thick tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
Water as needed
Instructions
Add garlic cloves, coriander leaves, mint leaves, cumin seeds and green chilies to the blender.
Add a little water and blend to a smooth, thick paste.
Now take out in a container and add tamarind pulp and salt.
Mix well.
Refrigerate for 7-10 days or freeze up to 2 months in a zip lock container.
Serve with your favorite fried item and enjoy!
