Instant Egg Stir-Fried Rice

Ingredients
Boiled rice 2 cups
Oil 1 tbsp
Frozen mixed vegetables 1 cup
Eggs 4
Salt to taste
Chili sauce to taste
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
optional
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Instructions
Heat oil in a wok and add frozen mixed vegetables.
Sauté until soft. Move to one side of the wok.
Beat eggs with salt and chili sauce and add to the wok.
Scramble the eggs and mix with the vegetables.
Add boiled rice, chili sauce, soy sauce and oyster sauce.
Mix and taste. Add salt of needed.
Stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
Fried rice is ready.
