Kararay Palak Pakoray Recipe

Ingredients
Onion 1 medium
thinly sliced
Palak [Spinach]
one handful bunch, roughly chopped
Green chilies
2-3, sliced
Potato 1 medium
chopped
Baisan [Gram Flour] 4 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1 tsp or more
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Chat masala powder 1 tsp
Ajwain
Carom Seeds 1 tsp full
Water as needed
Oil for frying
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add sliced onions, chopped spinach, potatoes and green chilies.
Add salt, red chili powder, garam masala, chat masala and coriander powder.
Take ajwain and rub it in your palms so that the aroma is released. Add it to the bowl.
Now add baisan and corn flour.
Mix all the masala and lastly add water and mix until medium consistency is reached.
Heat oil in a wok and add add small dollops of pakora mix. Fry until golden brown and cooked though.
Mazedaar crispy pakoras are ready. Serve with mint and imli chutney. Enjoy!
