Karry ka Achar (Raw Mango Pickle)

Ingredients
Karry
Raw mango 4, chopped
Onion 2 tbsp
chopped
Carrot 1/2
julienne cut
Green chili 1
sliced
Red bell pepper 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chili flakes 3/4 tsp
Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
Olive oil 2-3 tbsp
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients.
Refrigerate in an airtight container.
Allow to rest in the fridge for 1 day before consuming.
Consume within 7 days.
