Khimchi Rice

Ingredients
Oil 2 tbsp
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Spring onions 1/2 cup
Frozen Corn 1 cup
if fresh, microwave them for 5-6 minutes first
Khimchi 2 cups
chopped (You can get recipe on my youtube channel)
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Chili sauce
if you want it spicy
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
optional
Boiled rice 4 cups
Instructions
Heat oil in a wok and add ginger paste and garlic paste.
Stir fry and add spring onions. Stir fry until aromatic.
Now add corns and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until soft.
Add Khimchi and stir fry for 1 more minute.
Lastly add boiled rice, soy sauce and oyster sauce and chili Sauce (if needed-I skipped it).
Stir fry on high for 3-4 minutes and serve immediately with accompaniment of your choice. Enjoy!
