Lachaydar Aloo Pakoray

Ingredients
Potatoes 2 medium
Plain flour 1/2 cup
Corn flour 1/4 cup
Green chilies chopped 1-2
Fresh coriander chopped 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Chat masala 3/4 tsp
Water 1-2 tbsp
if needed
Oil for frying
Instructions
Peel and grate the potatoes lengthwise using thick side of the grater.
Transfer the grated potatoes to a bowl of cold water for 10 minutes.
Now squeeze out all the water from the grated potatoes.
Put the grated potatoes into a mixing bowl and add green chilies, fresh coriander, salt, red chili and turmeric powder, garam masala and chat masala.
Mix and add corn flour and plain flour. Mix well. If the mixture is too dry, add a little bit of water to form a pakora like consistency.
Add the pakoras to the hot oil using a fork.
Fry until golden brown.
Take out and enjoy with your favorite chutney.
