Clean and wash the chicken legs. Pat dry to remove any water.
Add the chicken legs to a bowl and add baking soda and salt. Mix well.
Transfer to the air fryer and cook for 20-25 minutes at 180 *C. Make sure to check in between and change sides for even cooking.
In the meantime, take a small pan, melt butter, add lemon juice, salt and black pepper powder.
Cook until the glaze thickens a little bit.
Take the drum sticks out and pour the glaze on top.
