In a chopper, add onions, garlic cloves, fresh coriander and bell peppers and finely chop (do not blend into a paste, we just need finely chopped vegetables)
Take out the vegetables into a mixing bowl and add chicken pieces.
Let the chopper run until the chicken turns into a paste.
Take out the chicken paste into the vegetable bowl.
Add salt, black pepper powder, red chili flakes, oregano, paprika powder, cumin powder and tomato paste.
Mix well.
Place some mince on a tortilla and spread evenly to make a thin layer of meat on the tortilla.
Heat a pan and apply butter on it.
Place the tortilla meat side down on the pan and let it cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
Now apply butter on the top side of the tortilla and flip it.
Cook for 30-40 seconds more and take out on a plate. Repeat for 6 tortillas.
