Meat Stuffed Bell peppers

Ingredients
Stuffing
Chicken Mince 900 grams
Bell peppers 4 big
Oil 1/4 cup
Onion 1 big chopped
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Tomato paste 1 packet 425 grams
water as needed
Salt to taste
Red chili powder to taste
Turmeric powder
Cumin powder 1.5 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Sauce
Tomato paste 3 tbsp
Water 1/2 or more as per your preference
Garam masala 1 tsp
Green chilies
chopped fresh coriander
Instructions
Stuffing: Cut the bell peppers into half and remove the seeds.
In a wok, heat oil and add onion and cumin seeds. Sauté until onions are soft.
Add mince, break and cook until it changes its color to white.
Add tomato paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and cook until the mince is fully cooked.
Now stuff the mince into the bell peppers.
Sauce: Now to the leftover mince add tomato paste, water, garam masala. Mix and bring to a boil.
Add stuffed bell peppers and green chilies, cover and cook on low until the bell peppers are done.
Enjoy with boiled rice.
