Fry on high for 5-7 minutes until golden from outside.
Grate or make paste of ginger and garlic and add to the chicken.
Cook on high until the ginger and garlic are cooked.
Add chopped tomatoes, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cover and cook fon medium to low for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is well cooked and oil has separated from the gravy.
Sprinkle garam masala and coriander powder and green chilies and mix.
