No Cook Mango Ice Cream – Ready in 5 minutes

Ingredients
Mangoes 2 big
I used sindhi
Whipping cream
unsweetened 250 ml
Condensed milk 3 tbsp
or powdered sugar
Yellow food color as needed
Milk powder 3-4 tbsp
for a thick consistency
Instructions
Peel the mangoes and put them in a blender and blend to a smooth puree.
Take out in a bowl and add whipping cream.
Whish using a hand whisk for 5-7 minutes until mixture fluffs up a little. No need to whisk too much.
Add condensed milk, yellow food color and mix.
Lastly add 3 tbsp of milk powder and whisk. Check for the consistency of the mixture. It should look like melted ice cream. Add 1 mote tbsp if needed.
Pour into the ice cream moulds and freeze.
