Heat oil and add chopped onions and chopped garlic. Sauté until slightly golden.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft. If using tomato can then skip this step.
Add chicken mince, salt, cumin powder and black pepper powder. Mix and break the chicken mince into small pieces. Add a little water if needed.
Now cook the mince and bhunify until the chicken mince is fully cooked and has no raw smell.
Add finely chopped carrots and bell pepper and cook until carrots are little soft.
Now add tomato can, uncooked pasta and enough water to completely cover the pasta.
Mix and add oregano, basil and paprika powder. Mix.
Cover and cook on low heat for 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally until the pasta is fully cooked. You can add more water during the cooking process.
Pasta is ready when the water has fully absorbed by pasta.
