Onion and Cheese Paratha

Ingredients
For 2 Parathas
Mozzarella cheese 6 tbsp
Chopped onion 1 tbsp
Chopped green chilies 1 tbsp
Salt – Not needed as cheese contains enough salt
Wheat flour dough
aata for 2 parathas
Oil or desi ghee for cooking
Preparation
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix mozzarella cheese, chopped onions, chopped green chilies and salt.
Divide the dough into 4 small balls.
Roll each dough using a rolling pin into 4-5 inches round discs.
On one of the round disc, place half of the cheese stuffing and cover with another round disc.
Roll into 7-8 inches round disc and cook on tawa using some oil or desi ghee.
Repeat with the second paratha.
