Oreo Cheesecake

Ingredients
Cookie Base
Oreo biscuits 300 grams
Butter 100 grams
Cream cheese layer
Cream cheese 400 grams
I used leftover kiri cream cheese spread and cubes
Whipping cream 100 ml
Oreo cookie cream
from the cookies
Powdered Sugar 1 tbsp
Instructions
Remove the cream from the Oreos into a separate bowl. Keep aside for later use.
Transfer the oreos to a food processor and grind to a fine powder.
Melt butter and add to the oreo powder. Mix
Add half of the oreo powder into an 8-inch pan and press using a fork to form a cookie base.
In a mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, whipping cream, icing sugar and oreo cookie cream.
Whip until lump free.
Pour over the oreo base.
Level out using spatula and cover with other half of the oreo powder on the top.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Enjoy!
