Oreo Truffles
Ingredients
- White chocolate 1 Cup
- Vegetable Oil 1 Tsp
- Oreo Biscuits 8
- Oreo biscuit (for garnishing) 1
- Kiri Cheese Cubes 3 (you can use any other cream cheese)
Instructions
- Melt white chocolate in a microwave with 10 min intervals.
- Add vegetable oil to the melted chocolate and mix.
- Chop oreo biscuits in a chopper and add kiri cheese cubes. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into balls. Coat with white chocolate and sprinkle crushed oreo biscuits on top.
