Paneer Paratha

Ingredients
Ingredients for 4 parathas
Paneer
cottage cheese 100 grams
Green chilies 2-3
chopped
Salt to taste
Red chili powder to taste
Cumin powder 3/4 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Amchur powder
mango powder 3/4 tsp
Instructions
Chop the cottage cheese cube in a chopper.
Take out in a bowl.
Add salt red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, amchur powder and chopped green chilies to the paneer.
Mix well.
Roll a roti and place 1/4th of the panner mixture in the middle.
Shape the roti into a ball.
Roll again and place on a hot tawa.
Cook the parathas the usual way using desi ghee or oil.
