Instructions
Heat oil in a cooking pot and add cumin seeds.
Allow to crackle and add onions. Sauté until translucent.
Add tomatoes. Cook for a minute.
Add turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, Kashmiri chili powder and cook on low for a minute.
Add ginger and garlic paste. Mix, cover and cook until the tomatoes are soft and oil is released.
Now add cabbage, potatoes and peas. Add half glass of water. Mix, cover and allow to cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes or until all the vegetables are cooked.
