Peas Fritters

Ingredients
Peas 2 cups
blanched
Garlic cloves 3
Egg 1
Salt to taste
Chat masala 1 tsp or to taste
Plain flour 2 tbsp heaped
Fresh mint leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Water as needed
Baking soda 1/3 tsp
Instructions
Add 1.5 cups of peas in a chopper along with garlic cloves and chop coarsely.
Take out in a bowl and add the remaining 1/2 cup of peas.
Add egg, salt, chat masala, flour, mint leaves and mix well.
Add baking soda and a little water to make a pakora like consistency.
Mix well.
Grease a frying pan with oil and place dallops of the peas batter.
Press the dallops to shape into patties.
Keep the flame low so that the pea fritters don’t turn brown and stay vibrant green.
Cook on both sides until fully cooked.
Enjoy with mint raita!
