Mix together mashed potatoes, chopped onion, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, chat masala and chopped green chilies.
Mix well.
Roll a roti and place 1/4th of the potato mixture in the middle.
Shape the roti into a ball.
Roll again and place on a hot tawa.
Cook the parathas the usual way using desi ghee or oil.
