Potato Cheese Balls

Ingredients
Boiled and mashed potatoes 2 cups
Egg 1
Cheddar cheese
or mozzarella cheese 1 cup
Dried parsley 1 tbsp
or fresh coriander 2 tbsp
Oregano 1 tsp
garlic powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
cheese also contains salt to please keep that in mind
Black pepper to taste
Bread crumbs for coating
Instructions
Take mashed potatoes in a bowl and add egg, cheese, parsley, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Mix well and shape into bite sized balls.
Coat in breadcrumbs. Since the potato mixture already contains egg you wouldn't be needing more egg to coat the bread crumbs.
Air fry at 200 degrees C for 10-12 minutes or deep fry until golden.
NOTE 1: Please make sure your potatoes are not the loose kind or else the potato balls will disintegrate in the oil.
NOTE 2: Do not over fry as this can also lead to disintegration. Just let them turn golden brown and take them out.
