Potato Cutlets in Bell Peppers

Ingredients
Red bell peppers 2
big size
Boiled Potatoes 3 medium sized
Mint/chili paste 3 tbsp
I used frozen cubes you can just chop chilies and mint and add
Onion 2 tbsp
chopped
Red tomato puree 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chat Masala 1 tsp full
Chopped carrots 1/2 cup
Egg 1
Instructions
Remove the bell pepper seeds and cut them into 1 cm thick rings. Keep aside.
In a bowl, mash the potatoes and add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Oil a frying pan and place pepper rings on it.
Fill them with the mixture and cook on low flame on both sides until golden.
Enjoy with chutney!
