Potato Ranch Salad

Ingredients
Ranch Sauce
yogurt 1 cup
Mustard paste 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder 3/4 teaspoon
Onion powder 3/4 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Other
Potatoes 3 medium
Butter 1 tablespoon
Salt 1 pinch
Gherkins or pickled vegetables as needed
Instructions
Peel and cut the potatoes in bite sized pieces.
Cover and microwave for 5-6 minutes or until cooked.
Take out and add butter and a pinch of salt and mix. Allow to come to room temperature.
Make ranch sauce by mixing all the ingredients and pour over the potatoes.
Mix and serve at room temperature.
