Chicken on bones 1.2 to 1.5 kgcut into small pieces
Gramflourbesan 4 heaped tsp
Yogurt 5 tbsp
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Juice of 1 limeor 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder to taste
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 heaped tsp
Cumin powder 1 heaped tsp
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Chat masala 1/2 tsp
Hot sauce/red chili sauce 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Red food color 1/4 tspor as needed to make the marination dark red
Rice flour 2 to 3 tbsp
Oil for deep frying
Instructions
Clean, wash and drain the chicken pieces well.
In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except rice flour and mix. Taste the marination and adjust the seasoning if needed.
Add the marination to the chicken and mix well.
Cover and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
When you want to fry, heat the oil on a medium flame, take out the chicken and add the rice flour just before frying. Mix and immediately put the pieces one by one into the oil.
Fry for 6-7 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
