Quick Italian Chicken Skewers

Ingredients
Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
cut into 1 inch cubes
Garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder 3/4 teaspoon
Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
Dried basil leaves 1 teaspoon
Paprika powder 1 teaspoon
Oil 2 tablespoons
Tomato paste 4 teaspoons
Some skewers and Onions cut into cubes
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to the chicken and mix.
Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
Preheat the oven to 420*C (215*F).
Skewers the chicken loosely.
Cover with a moist parchment paper or foil pierced multiple time for steam to escape. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Dish out and serve with my Tangy ketchup Sauce and lemon rice.
