Raw Mango Chutney | Green Mango Mint chutney | Kairi ki chutney

Ingredients
Raw mangoes(Kerry) 3-4
Fresh mint leaves 1 handful
Fresh coriander leaves 2 handfuls
Green chilies 2-3
Salt to taste
Black Salt 3/4 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Instructions
Cut raw mangoesinto chunks. No need to peel the mangoes.
Remove the mint leaves from stems.
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend using least amount of water until smooth paste is formed.
Chutney is ready. Serve with kebabs of your choice.
Store in an airtight container for up to a week in the fridge and 3 months in freezer.
