Red Velvet Cookies

Ingredients
All-purpose Flour 1 + ¼ Cup
Powdered Sugar (Icing Sugar) 1/3 Cup
Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons
Butter 120 gm (should be softened at room temperature)
Red food color 1 tablespoon(or as needed)
Vinegar 1 teaspoon
Vanilla 1 tablespoon
Instructions
In a bowl, sift the all purpose flour.
Now sift Icing sugar and cocoa powder.
Sifting ensures that there are no lumps in the cookie mixture.
Mix all the dry ingredients.
Add butter, red food color, vinegar and vanilla.
Mix thoroughly.
Keep in a refrigerator for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 180 *C.
Cut out the cookies using a cookie cutter.
Bake the cookies at 180 *C for 8-10 minutes or until the surface is not shiny anymore.
Put on a wire rack to cool.
Dip in some white chocolate for added flavor. Enjoy!
