Reshmi Imli Kebab

Ingredients
Boneless chicken
500 gm, cut into cubes
Onion 1 small
Ginger 1 inch
Garlic 2-3 cloves
Fresh coriander 1 small bunch
Green chilies 2-3 as per liking
Bread slices 2
Tamarind paste 1 tsp or more to taste
Fresh cream 1 tbsp
Sal to taste
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Chat masala 1/2 tsp
Instructions
Add onion, ginger, garlic, fresh coriander and green chilies to a chopper and chop finely.
Add bread slices and chop.
Take out in a a mixing bowl and add chicken pieces and chop until turned into fine mince.
Add it to the onion mixture.
Also add thick tamarind paste, fresh cream, salt, cumin powder, garam masala, black pepper powder and chat masala.
Mix well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until the bread absorbs all the moisture in the kebabs.
Now shape the kebabs and shallow fry in a pan or grill on a griller.
