Rice pakora

Ingredients
Boiled rice 2 cups
Fresh coriander 1 big bunch
finely chopped
Green chilies 2-3
finely chopped
Onion 1 medium
finely chopped
Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Chat masala 1 tsp
Gram
flour
besan 5 heaped tbsp
Water as needed
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except gram flour and water.
Mix and mash with the help of a masher or a fork until the boiled rice are broken.
Add gram flour and water.
Mix and keep aside for 5 minutes.
Now roll into balls and shallow fry (or deep fry- your choice) until golden brown on the outside.
