Russian Eggs

Ingredients
Eggs 12
hard billed
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Pickled beetroots
chopped (or any other pickle in vinegar)
Salt
pepper, chili sauce (optional)
Instructions
Peel and cut the hard-boiled eggs in half.
Separate the yolks and transfer to a food processor.
Add mayonnaise and mustard paste and process until the yolk mixture is smooth and creamy.
Pipe through a piping bag (star tip) or simply use a spoon to put the egg yolk mixture into the egg white halves. Sprinkle with paprika.
Top off with pickled beetroots.
