Simple Dinner Rolls/Buns

Ingredients
Flour 3 Cups
Yeast 1 + ½ teaspoons
Salt 2 teaspoons
Lukewarm water 1 Cup
Honey 2 tablespoons
Olive oil 2 tablespoons
Egg 1
Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
Mix like warm water, olive oil, salt, honey, and yeast in a big bowl.
Mix well and knead for about 10-15 seconds until the dough is elastic.
Oil a big bowl and transfer the dough to it.
Cover with a cling wrap and let it rise for 1 hour.
It will double in size.
Preheat the oven to 190*C.
Take the dough out. Deflate it with the help of hands.
Cut into 8 pieces.
Shape each piece into a ball.
Arrange the dough balls onto the baking sheet, cover and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
Crack the egg into a small bowl and beat well.
Uncover the dough balls and brush with egg.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Serve hot with the fillings of your choice. Enjoy!
