Simple Potato Patty for Breakfast

Ingredients
Big potatoes 2
grated
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Instructions
Peel and grate the potatoes.
Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder and corn flour and mix.
Heat oil in a frying pan, grilling pan or waffle maker and place 2 spoonful of the potato mixture and shape into a patty using the same spoon.
Allow to cook on both sides on medium to low heat until potatoes are cooked through and golden on the outside.
Serve in a sandwich or as it is.
