Soy sauce 6 tbspadd 8 tbsp of soy sauce if you don’t have oyster sauce
Ketchup 6 tbsp
Paprika powder 2 tbsp
Chili flakes to taste
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Oil 3 tbsp
Instructions
In a chopper add garlic, ginger, green chilies and fresh coriander and chop finely.
Transfer to a bowl, add lemon juice, oyster sauce, soy sauce, ketchup, paprika powder, chili flakes, black pepper powder, salt and oil. Mix well.
Pound the chicken breast using a meat mallet.
Slit the chicken as shown in the video.
Apply the marination on the chicken breasts.
Cover and allow to marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Line an air fryer with a liner.
Bake the chicken breasts at 195°C for 10 minutes on one side, then flip and bake for another 10 minutes at 195°C. Then flip again and apply the leftover marinade and bake for 3-5 minutes, depending on the need to make the chicken a little brown on the top.
Enjoy with boiled rice and your favorite lentil soup.
