Spinach Omelette

Ingredients
Eggs 4
Spinach 1 cup
blanched and chopped
Salt
Black pepper powder
Green chilies 4-5 chopped
Mozzarella cheese for topping
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Instructions
Beat eggs and add salt, pepper, spinach and green chilies.
Apply oil on a pan and add the egg mixture.
Cover and cook on lowest heat possible.
Do not try to flip the Omelette overwise the color of the spinach will not remain green.
When the Omelette is cooked, add mozzarella cheese on top, cover and cook again for 4-5 minutes on low flame until the cheese has melted.
Cut into slices and serve.
